Oysters

Starter
Scallop and Prawn Tarts on a bed of Salad

Main Course
Wild Canadian Scallops with Smoked Haddock fillets with a rich cheese sauce with fresh spinach. Accompanied with Potato Dauphinoise, baby leaf salad and marinated and grilled red and yellow peppers.

Dessert
Toffee Pecan Brulee Cheesecake

I forgot to take photos of the meal once plated up -
had to eat it pretty fast as it was so yummy!
So the one above is taken once the
main meal was half eaten!

Overall - the best Valentine's Day yet! :)
